Operational Intelligence Operatives required

Our Operational Intelligence Operatives carry out covert operations in order to gain information. This is not a desk based role.

You will need to have a good memory so you can remember information. You will also need to be versatile, adaptable and be willing to accept and learn from direction and feedback.

You will need to be well groomed. You will also have to have a professional attitude and the ability to get on with a wide range of people.

*THE WORK*
You may be operating alone or as part of a team. This will depend on the operation.

*HOURS*
Working hours could be long and irregular. Most operations take place in the evenings.

The job can involve a lot of travel (sometimes overseas). You may spend long periods away from home depending on the operation.

*INCOME*
Operatives are self-employed (allowing you to work as much or as little as you want) and are paid a fee for each operation (which is highly competitive). Whilst money should not be the main motivation for this role, we understand that money plays a big part. However, pay will only be discussed when you are offered the job.

*SKILLS, QUALITIES AND INTERESTS*
You will need:

-good teamworking skills
-versatility and adaptability
-confidence, self-reliance, discipline, resilience and a hard-working attitude
-a good memory
-reliability and punctuality
-determination and persistence
-a willingness to accept and learn from direction and feedback
-good grooming and willingness to look after yourself
-fashion sense and awareness of trends
-a pleasant, professional attitude with good ‘people skills’
-patience, stamina, energy and fitness to cope with long, tiring days and travelling
-the ability to cope with criticism and rejection.

*MORE INFORMATION*
We operate in the shadows – we should not be seen, heard or noticed; unless we want to be.

Our recruitment process is as confidential as the rest of our business and will be unlike any other process you have experienced. If you are the type of person who needs to know what the recruitment process involves before applying, then you are not the person we are looking for. No previous experience is required. However, we cannot overstate how important it is that you are the type of person who has no limits and is prepared to go the extra mile in order to succeed.

Criminal records are NOT a bar to recruitment but MUST be disclosed.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a unique place to work. Owing to the sensitivity of our work, discretion is vital. You should not discuss your application. You should not post on social media sites about your application or discuss it with anyone else. Should your application be successful, you will be given a full briefing on the reasons why it is important not to disclose that you work for us and what to say if people ask you about your career.

You must be the sort of person who does not need to discuss your work with your friends and family. If publicly celebrating your career successes is important to you, however, you should reconsider your suitability for working for us.

*APPLY*
Further information and application forms are available from our website. Please do not contact us and ask for details of our website – if you feel the need to do so, then you are not the person we are looking for. **We will only consider applicants who return completed application forms.**
