I’m not too sure what planet, asteroid or comet has time expressed with minutes greater than 60. However, one of my clocks seems to have come from there.
I’ve always wondered why we never got round to standardising ‘time’ into its metric form. You know, 10 seconds is one minute, 10 minutes is one hour, 10 hours is one day, that sorta thing. Instead we have this bizarre use of the base 60 for everything time. Oh and 24. And 365.
Time for a change?
