I was lucky to see and snap a quick photo of the annual delivery of the first week’s wages for the players in the Liverpool Football (not Soccer, ‘football‘) Club. It was being lifted in and will be stored ready for when the new season starts in a few months. It is soooo heavy that the crane nearly tipped during the delivery. Phew!
