Spotted in the car park of lower classes pub chain on the East Lancashire Road, Knowsley. The twat driver parked across the two spaces reserved for motorcycles, infringing on the disabled driver space next door.
Turns out he was inside getting drunk on a Sunday afternoon, vaping great clouds of smoke despite being asked twice by staff not to smoke inside. Once nicely tanked up on lager he drove off home with his family in the back.
Sadly. Very sadly, he didn’t crash and die.
