It was, I think, only a few days ago, that I received a communication from a good friend of mine, who, to avoid an international incident, I’ll not formally name here. Let’s just call him Edward Plunkett.
Edward’s communication was quite explicit. He started by including a few paragraphs about how wonderful I am. This is a well known ploy that unashamedly works on me every time. He acknowledged that in many respects, I am a guru, a master of the great knowledge and wisdom that can only be held by the very few.
I am a humble man, and I blush as I say this, but he is of course completely right.
He continued by remarking that much of my extended knowledge and foresight was of a global nature, yet he wondered if I could equally stoop low enough to share my exacting knowledge with indecisive individuals, touching, preferable with gloves on, their pathetic lives with a quantity of hope and a quality of purpose.
He is of course correct. I would be truly wasting my talents were I not to make the huge brain full of knowledge I wobble around with, available to not just the masses, but the individual.
I have no choice but to do this.
So, this is a call for your individual requests for personal guidance.
