Charge the dog owners with murder!

So yet another child is mauled to death by a carefully bred and deliberately kept illegal attack dog.

What is the obsession that northerners have with vicious dogs?  Their breeds of choice are usually damn ugly, so they are not chosen for beauty.  They are not chosen for their obedience, because usually they are completely out of control.

They are chosen because they can and will kill.

They are chosen because they can be used to menace ordinary people and children in the street as they are dragged around puffing and panting and straining badly at the leash trying to attack anybody they might pass.  They are chosen because nobody dares challenge the owner when he encourages the dog to shit right in the middle of the pavement so that children can slip and get dog faeces all over their shoes and legs.  They are chosen because those doing the choosing are complete anti-social knobheads who think acting in a menacing way is cool.

These are the same knobheads that later feign upset when members of their family get killed by their dogs.

Anybody deliberately allowing one of these dogs near to children should be charged with child abuse and endangerment.  Anybody owning one of these dogs that then kills a baby or a child should be charged with murder.
