Yum. This film should annoy the more pedantic of the offshore radio anorak fraternity. The story-line, which is actually quite funny and very well played if a bit long (the test screening I saw might have a lot hacked out before its general release), albeit in a sort of Austin Powers style surreal montage of the late 1960s, has only a slight tangible connection with what really happened.

Despite anoraks having never allowed the truth to mar their romantic take on life in the days of offshore radio, I feel sure that when their nurses wheel them in to the cinemas in 6 months time, they’ll hate it.
