Google+ just keeps getting better and ‘sexier’. I find myself immersed within it when I’m looking for stimulation, new contacts, and information. It’s also damn good for fresh Doctor Who stuff.
So, as a Google+ anorak it made sense to switch this award-winning England’s England to adopt the Google+ based comment system. It means anybody anywhere can easily comment to any article by just using their Google account. Simple! It also meant a seamless cross-posting between Google+ and England’s England, giving me the ability to be ‘found’ through ‘search’ within Google and Google+. Excellent.
However, something very odd seems to be happening.
The comments function perfectly fine for people accessing via a ‘normal’ PC/Mac. Yet, access via a mobile phone or tablet, and the comments just aren’t there. Not always, but most of the time.
So, here’s the thing. If you are viewing the mobile version of this site, on a phone or tablet, and it’s not offering you comments after each and every article, please let me know via chris@christopherengland.com.
Thanks.
