Look, people of Chester, for no readily apparent reason there’s a bloody great big lion stranded on top of a very ugly modern NCP carpark building in Pepper Street. 

I’m no lion expert, but it’s looking hungry.  Shouldn’t somebody try to help it?  Why on earth is it there?
