So then. Why does any of it matter?
Soon we’ll all be dead anyway!
Nobody will care what any of us took so seriously once we’re dead and forgotten, will they? In the bigger scheme of things, a hundred years after one’s death nobody has even heard of you, and if you had a grave, they’ve turned the earth over to allow for a newly dead person to be planted where you were ‘resting’.
If you are very very lucky some kid doing a family tree in 500 years time will put your name amongst all the others on a bit of paper.
Maybe that’s why enjoying the journey from cradle to grave is very important, however you find that enjoyment…..?
